Trisha E. Arndt

President & Founder

Trisha made the decision to follow this career path early in her life and has dedicated herself to it for more than two decades. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater with a degree in finance and an emphasis in financial planning and immediately began working with a local financial planning firm.

Never complacent, Trisha went on to complete the rigorous requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and has been granted the right to use the title by the CFP® Board of Standards. After completing the certification exam, Trisha was recruited by the CFP® Board to assist with exam questions, review, and development as a subject matter expert. She went on to serve on the CFP® Council on Examinations and was its chairperson in 2014.

Trisha has been affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network®, an award-winning independent broker/dealer, since 2000. This association has proven invaluable to Trisha and her clients, as Commonwealth provides her with unparalleled support without any directives as to what services to provide or investments to use.

In addition to being a CFP®, Trisha holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations and is an Investment Adviser Representative through Commonwealth. As an Investment Adviser Representative, she has the flexibility to customize her relationship with each client to the model that fits them individually—whether that be a fee-based consulting or wealth management arrangement or a traditional commission-based structure. Trisha also holds her life, health, and disability insurance licenses.

Trisha lives with her husband, Zach, and sons, James and Samuel, in rural Wisconsin. She enjoys outdoor activities and spends most of her personal time cheering her sons on, and occasionally coaching, as they play sports. She has a passion for traveling and is almost always planning some future trip.

Chase A. Martin

Financial Advisor

Chase joined Wealth Strategies in June 2016 as a paraplanner. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, he followed his first passion managing golf courses and spending the majority of his days on the links. While fun, he saw many friends and family struggling with their finances and desperately wanted to help. He decided to give up the sticks and pursue a new life of financial planning and the financial markets. This new dedication led him to complete an MBA in finance, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.

Trying to learn as quickly as possible, he traveled to St. Louis, Missouri, and went through the Edward Jones rigorous financial training program. After realizing he had far more to learn, he packed up and joined Fidelity Investments in Dallas, Texas. While cherishing his time in the Lone Star State and appreciating the opportunities Fidelity offered, he knew it was time to go back home.

Chase now lives in Verona, Wisconsin, and when not at work he can be found at a tailgate. Anything from Badgers to Bucks, he spends his time cheering for the home team. He loves adventure and is always looking for something new to learn or explore.

Jennifer Bauer

Registered Assistant

Jennifer received her bachelor's degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. After graduation, she began working for a life insurance firm, where she quickly realized that financial preparedness was something she was truly passionate about. She obtained her FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations in 2007. Jennifer also holds a Wisconsin life and health insurance license.

Jennifer joined Wealth Strategies in 2011 and is an integral part of the team. She is often the first contact for clients and her sunny disposition and helpful attitude are invaluable.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, camping, and hiking. She lives in Sun Prairie with her husband and daughter. She’s a longtime volunteer with the South Madison Coalition for the Elderly, the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign, and Ronald McDonald House of Madison.
